Thanks for your observations, Ranae. I’ve started to add some of the artwork we put on the bulletin covers to the various sermon messages I’ve posted, so as to help relieve the monotony of so much text without other visual stimulation. Some of it is great art, from artists like el Greco and Hieronymus Bosch, and some is more “churchy,” like images in stained glass. I hope that helps.

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?

Thanks for your good words. I always begin my blog entries here in readings from the Bible, and then I try to make the interpretation relate to concerns people have in their daily lives. I’ve spent a number of years studying how to apply the Bible to life, so I hope what I write will help some live in a way that is more satisfying to them and pleasing to God. Let me know if you have any specific questions you’d like me to address.
