The 1,000 Tree Planting Project

On November 17th, over 30 volunteers from across the community came together under the leadership of RUMC's Tom Sisulak to plant 1,000 seeds throughout the town. The project was an effort in hope and good stewardship, as we affirm God's good creation and our responsibility towards the earth.

Samson-Hinton Medical Mission 2007

During the month of November, Jon and Marilyn Hinton traveled to the Philippines, to Marilyn's hometown of Magalang, on a medical mission trip. It was an overwhelming success with over 1200 people taking advantage of free basic medical screenings and medications. There were also dental services available and the dental staff serviced over 200 patients.
